At the title says, this blogs is about gluten free options in Ambleside and further afield! The idea came about after a rather long conversation in a restaurant (which also involved discussing Friends, 24, teaching and Netflix in general!) and hopefully this will help you plan some lovely meals whilst you are in the Lake District.
